Magazines, TV and advertising are means that are willing to dictate how you should be, if you let them. But you have to be clear: your strength lies in your differences. Why bother so much to fit if you were born to shine and stand out?
4. Pay attention:
It may be somewhat difficult to pay attention, it seems that in recent times this has become an endangered species. We are exposed to so many stimuli, that most of the time it is easier to escape than to focus. But do not become a slave to these stimuli: set your priorities and turn your attention to them. This change of attitude will make your life become much more meaningful.
